Privacy Policy
OZ IT Works (ABN 53 385 736 044) is run by Anthony Gulvartian in Dundas, NSW. This policy explains what personal information I collect and how I use it.
What I collect
Your name, phone number, email, address and suburb, the service you need, and any details you share about your devices or problem.
Why
To confirm and carry out your booking, quote and invoice you, follow up on the job, and, if you agree, ask for a review. I don't sell or rent your information.
Who else sees it
My website and booking provider (GoDaddy) stores booking details. My accounting software stores invoices. I share information with no one else unless the law requires it.
Your devices and cameras
I only access files, accounts or camera footage as needed to do the job you booked, and never copy or keep your personal data. Passwords you give me are used for the job only.
Access and corrections
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time.
